Submit a support request
Select the type of support you need and provide as much detail as possible. This helps us route your request quickly and resolve it efficiently.
If you want to delete your app specific data, you can do that by submitting a ticket here.
When you request account deletion, the following happens immediately: all personal profile data, bookings,
messages, location data, chat history, analytics and device tokens are deleted.
Financial transaction records are anonymised (your identity is removed) and retained for 6 years as required by UK law.
Support correspondence is anonymised and retained for up to 24 months. Your profile is fully purged within 30 days of the deletion request.

Once your request is submitted, we will review it and make sure it reaches the right team.

It is assigned to the relevant specialist.
Resolved
We will respond via email with next steps.
Response times
We aim to respond to all support requests within one working day. More complex issues may take longer, but we will keep you updated throughout.
